On June 24, roadside vegetation will be removed along the Hemus Motorway between kilometer 0 and kilometer 8. There will be gradual traffic restrictions in both directions to ensure the safety of travelers. Drivers are urged to drive carefully and obey the rules.

On June 24, tomorrow, from 8 am to 7 pm, activities will be carried out to remove roadside vegetation between the 0th and 8th kilometer of the Hemus Motorway. The work will be carried out in stages in both directions of travel.

From 8 am to 12 pm, the activities will take place on the carriageway in the direction of Varna. Traffic will be restricted to the emergency lane, with vehicles passing through the active and overtaking lanes.

From 12:30 pm to 7 pm, work will be carried out in the same section, but on the carriageway to Sofia. Here, the restrictions will affect the active lane, with traffic passing through the active and overtaking lanes.

The Road Infrastructure Agency apologizes for the inconvenience caused, but emphasizes that these activities are necessary to improve traffic safety. Drivers are urged to drive carefully, follow the rules and speed limits, not attempt risky overtaking, and not use the emergency lanes for faster movement in heavy traffic.
