The employees of the “Criminal Police” department at the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas were awarded a collective third prize at the traditional “Police Officer of the Year” ceremony, held today in Sofia. The award was received by the head of the department – Commissioner Ivan Malinov, in the presence of the senior professional and political leadership of the Ministry of Interior, as well as the Director of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Burgas – Senior Commissioner Vladimir Marinov. The “Police Officer of the Year” ceremony was created and developed on the initiative of the Ministry of Interior and the "Doverie i Zakrila" Foundation.
