The Municipality of Pomorie announces decisions of the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water - Burgas regarding investment projects in protected areas.

The Municipality of Pomorie announces decisions made by the Director of the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Waters (RIEW) - Burgas, related to investment proposals within its territory. The first decision No. BS-19-PrOS/17.06.2025 refers to the assessment of the probable degree of significant negative impact on the protected areas BG0000151 "Aytoshka Planina" and BG00002043 "Emine" within the meaning of the Biodiversity Act. The investment proposal is for the "Construction of three villa buildings for own needs" in the area of "Hizhata" in the town of Kableshkovo, Municipality of Pomorie, with the investor Stoyan Grozev.

The second decision No. BS-72-PR/2025 is for the assessment of the need to conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the investment proposal "Construction of two residential buildings and a groundwater abstraction facility for independent drinking and domestic water supply" in the area of "Laleto" in the town of Kableshkovo, Municipality of Pomorie, with the investor "Bulgarian Real Estates" OOD.

Both decisions have been published on the website of RIEW-Burgas at www.riosvbs.com in the respective sections - for the assessment of compatibility with Natura 2000 and for the assessment of the need for an EIA.
