Today in Nessebar the dismantling and removal of the first seven polluting heating devices, which will be replaced with new, energy-efficient air conditioners, has started. This is the beginning of a large-scale program that envisages the replacement of a total of 1768 old heaters in 1352 dwellings on the territory of the municipality by 2029.
The project "Nessebar is for cleaner air" is funded under the Environment 2021 - 2027 Program with a total budget of 9,268,718.03 BGN. The goal is to improve the air quality for over 27,000 residents of Nessebar by providing them with free new, energy-efficient heating appliances.

The project activities will be carried out according to a previously established schedule. It is expected that within four years all old and polluting heaters in the municipality will be replaced. Nessebar Municipality announces that the second stage of the program will start in the coming days and the acceptance of applications from citizens will begin.
