New wave of investments for the development of the regions in Bulgaria

On May 8, 2025, the Managing Authority of the 2021-2027 Regional Development Program (RDP) announced the second call for proposals with concepts for integrated territorial investments BG16FFPR003-2.003 "CONCEPTS FOR INTEGRATED TERRITORIAL INVESTMENTS (ITI) - 2". The procedure provides an opportunity to apply with concepts for ITI, which envisage financing from various operational programs for the period 2021-2027, including the RDP, the Environment Program, the Education Program, the Human Resources Development Program, the Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises Program, and the Research, Innovation and Digitalization for Smart Transformation Program. The total amount of the grant from the participating programs is 2 billion BGN.
