Bulgarian Cup organizers have drawn the second preliminary round pairings for Burgas clubs Neftohimik and Chernomorets. Both teams will also play in the round of 1/16, which brings in the top-flight sides. The first matches take place on October 4, with the rest following over the weekend of October 17-18.

Neftohimik (Burgas) will face Sportist (Svoge), and the winner goes on to play CSKA 1948. The other Burgas club, Chernomorets, takes on Volov (Shumen), with that winner set to meet Botev (Plovdiv) in the next round.

Levski, the cup holders, will travel to face the winner of Krumovgrad against Spartak (Pleven). CSKA, also defending their trophy, will likewise play away, against the winner of Rodopa (Smolyan) against Nesebar.

The rest of the round of 1/16 pairings are as follows:

  • Chernomorets (Balchik) or Etar (Veliko Tarnovo) vs Spartak (Varna)
  • Natsional (Sofia) or Lokomotiv (Gorna Oryahovitsa) vs Septemvri (Sofia)
  • Spartak (Plovdiv) or Botev (Ihtiman) vs Arda (Kardzhali)
  • Balkan (Botevgrad) or Fratria (Varna) vs Botev (Vratsa)
  • Botev (Novi Pazar) or Vihren (Sandanski) vs Lokomotiv (Sofia)
  • Benkovski (Isperih) or Akademik (Svishtov) vs Slavia
  • Oborishte (Panagyurishte) or Yantra (Gabrovo) vs Lokomotiv (Plovdiv)
  • Zagorets (Nova Zagora) or Rilski Sportist (Samokov) vs Dunav (Ruse)
  • Minyor (Pernik) or Beroe (Stara Zagora) vs Ludogorets
  • Chavdar (Troyan) or Marek (Dupnitsa) vs Chernomorie
  • Lokomotiv (Mezdra) or Pirin (Blagoevgrad) vs Yambol or Hebar (Pazardzhik)
  • Belasitsa (Petrich) or Dobrudzha (Dobrich) vs Bdin (Vidin) or Montana

Those matches are set for the weekend of October 17-18. In each pairing, the team from the lower division will host.

The rest of the second preliminary round pairings will be decided later, with those matches to be played on October 3-4, 2026.
