Bridge financing - a fast and flexible loan for businesses, offered by EOS Matrix.

The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) accepted EOS Matrix as a new direct member, with Chairman Tsvetan Simeonov presenting the activities of the Chamber and the practice of the Arbitration Court. From EOS Matrix, Kaloyan Dikov and Martin Voev presented the "Bridge Financing" service - a short-term loan with a simplified procedure, with real estate accepted as collateral.

The main advantages of the product are the fast approval - on average within 1 month, compared to 3 months at banks, as well as the large financing resource. EOS Matrix offers a loan-to-value ratio of up to 75%, a minimum amount of 1 million euros and a maximum of 10 million euros for a term of 12 to 36 months. Most other companies in the industry provide financing between 1 and 3 million euros.

The service is suitable for medium and large companies from sectors such as construction, real estate, trade or manufacturing, who want to complete a transaction, start a new project or take advantage of a market opportunity with a limited time frame. Bridge financing provides an alternative to attracting partners, with the key to business growth being to have working capital and the ability to react quickly.

EOS Matrix is the only financial institution in Bulgaria that offers a similar product in terms of scale and time horizon. From January 2025, the company is partnering with the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, which provides additional liquidity, expertise and guarantees a high reputation.
