Burgas, the sea city, enchanted Ukrainian children and parents

Children and parents from the Ukrainian Center for Shared Learning in Burgas continue to explore the seaside city and its rich history. The group visits the fishing village of Chengene Skele and explores the thematic houses that introduce them to the past of the Black Sea and the traditions of its maritime inhabitants.

On Monday, June 23, 2025, the children and parents from the Ukrainian Center for Shared Learning in Burgas continued their acquaintance with the seaside town and its surroundings. The group visited the fishing village of Chengene Skele, where they had the opportunity to touch the past of the region.

In the village, the children and their companions visited the exhibition houses "Taifa," "Buruntia," and "Pontus Euxinus." These thematic expositions took them on a journey through the history of the Black Sea, acquainting them with fishing customs and the life of the sea wolves.

The visit to Chengene Skele is part of a larger program in which the Ukrainian guests are deeply familiarized with the nature, culture, and history of Burgas. This is an opportunity for the children to expand their knowledge, and for the parents to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the seaside town.
