Levski's CEO Daniel Boromirov demonstrates confidence regarding the upcoming European match, despite the goalless draw in the first meeting. Before the team's departure to Portugal, he shared optimistic expectations with the media at "Vasil Levski" airport.
In his statement, Boromirov emphasized key aspects for successful performance: "Our main goal is maximum tactical discipline. We must remain compact, not allow spaces for the opponent, and fully utilize the created opportunities," the manager said.
The leader of the "blues" highlighted the importance of psychological attitude and fan support. "Our supporters are the 12th player who can provide decisive support during the match," he added.
Regarding the previous performance in European tournaments, Boromirov showed caution. "It is still too early to make final assessments. Let's first see how far we will go," the CEO commented laconically.
Regarding selection, the club management continues to actively seek new additions. "The transfer window remains open until September. We are carefully observing potential players and will proceed with a transfer only when we are completely convinced of their quality," Boromirov explained.
Among the latest news is the official withdrawal from negotiations with Brazilian striker Andre Clovis from Academico Viseu. "The topic is closed. Unnecessary media noise was created around it," the manager stated firmly.
