Deputy Mayor of Burgas Municipality for Culture and Religious Affairs Diana Savateva, established artist Georgi Andonov, and graffiti artist Ivan Yankov - Esteo will be the key figures who will evaluate the works in the regional competition "From Drawing to Graffiti - Europe Through My Eyes".
This event, whose organization is entrusted to the "Chance for Children and Nature of Bulgaria" Foundation in partnership with the Center for Human Resources Development, is planned as part of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the creation of the international Eurodesk network.
The jury's obligation will be to determine the three most impressive drawings, which will be transformed into graffiti on a facade in the heart of the city. The transformation of the drawings into graffiti will be the work of Esteo himself. The finalists will be rewarded with material prizes. All participants in the competition will have the privilege of attending the public opening of the new graffiti, which will be accompanied by an open-air plein air, scheduled for December.
The competition is open to young talents between the ages of 14 and 19 who live in Burgas and the surrounding areas. They have the opportunity to present their drawings, inspired by the theme "Europe Through My Eyes". The theme gives broad freedom of expression, allowing participants to present a favorite place, a dreamed journey, a symbol of unity, or a vision for the future of the continent.
The deadline for participation in the competition is November 5, 2025.
