The large-scale rehabilitation of the strategic bridge crossing is progressing according to the pre-developed operational plan. Expert teams have dismantled 65 obsolete road panels and installed 28 new structural elements, which has led to a total of 92 mounted panels out of the planned 128.
The current phase of restoration activities includes precise execution of multiple parallel processes. Specialists continue work on reinforcement, perform bolt dowel installation, and remove anti-corrosion coating from steel structural elements.
Several key interventions are planned in the short term. Additional road panel production, collector system dismantling, continuation of reinforcement activities, and preparation of compromised surfaces for shotcreting are upcoming.
Work on the site is carried out continuously during the daylight hours, with transport flows organized extremely precisely. Drivers move bidirectionally in the non-repaired section at a strictly regulated speed of 20 km/h.
The Road Infrastructure Agency explicitly warns drivers of oversized vehicles. Failure to comply with parameters may cause serious damage to already restored sections and trigger additional unplanned activities.
To ensure maximum public awareness, the agency maintains a specialized section on its website where current data on repair progress is published. The expert team remains fully available for additional questions and clarifications.
