An official ceremony launched an ambitious project in the field of green technologies and innovations. Deputy Minister of Economy Nevena Lazarova attended a landmark event that united leading institutional and academic representatives.
During the forum, young talents from the University of National and World Economy were honored. The student team that developed "Carpool" - an innovative shared travel application, received prestigious recognition from Georgi Rachev, manager of "Linder Immobilien Management".
A key moment was the announcement of the launch of "Lozen Tech Park" - a large-scale investment project by the German "Linder Group". The first phase of the project envisages investments of 25 million leva, with the ultimate goal of building a modern technology complex.
The organizers outlined ambitious expansion plans, with Phase 3 expected to be realized by the end of the year with investments over 100 million leva. The total value of investments in "Residential Park Lozen" is projected to reach an impressive 400 million leva.
The event emphasized the national strategy for supporting innovations and sustainable development. In parallel, a national competition for innovative ideas was announced, aimed at stimulating young talents in the field of ecological technologies.
