Hristo Markov Takes Over as Head of NAP

Hristo Markov takes over the leadership of the National Revenue Agency (NRA), announced the press service of the Council of Ministers (CM). The newly appointed executive director previously held the position of deputy executive director of the agency.

Markov's appointment comes after the dismissal of Rumen Spetsov from the position of executive director of the NRA. The CM reminds that Spetsov's dismissal is in connection with his new appointment as a special commercial manager.

The government's decision to change the leadership of the NRA was made in absentia.

According to information from the Commercial Register (CR), Rumen Spetsov is already registered as a special commercial manager of "Lukoil Neftohim Burgas" AD. This information is confirmed by a search in the company file of the refinery in the CR.
