Germany will finance the production of Ukrainian "Lut" drones for a multi-million dollar amount.

According to a publication in the German magazine Spiegel, Germany will provide a "triple-digit million value" in euros to allow Ukraine to manufacture several hundred "Luch" drones. This is part of Ukraine's efforts to develop its own production of high-tech means to strike targets in depth, in response to massive Russian attacks.

The financing from Berlin underscores Germany's steadfast support for Kiev's defense efforts, especially in the context of the ongoing war and escalation by Russia. Providing significant resources for the production of the Ukrainian "Luch" drones is the latest step in the enhanced military cooperation between the two countries.
