The "Workshop for Civic Initiatives" Foundation (FRGI) and the "Open Society Institute - Sofia" Foundation (IOOS) are opening their doors for partnership meetings and consultations to support organizations wishing to apply for the "Partnership" fund under the PACT project. During the meetings, participants will be able to meet potential partners, discuss ideas and approaches related to their initiatives, as well as ask questions to the project team regarding the published Application Guidelines.
To request a meeting, interested organizations must send an email to [email protected], specifying the preferred location (FRGI or IOOS office), date, time, and contact person. Meetings are organized on a schedule, so timely registration is recommended. The deadline for holding meetings with potential partners is October 10, 2025.
The "Partnership" fund will support partnership initiatives between civil society organizations working at the national level and local organizations, with the aim of raising awareness about EU rights and values. Only partnership applications from a minimum of 2 organizations can participate in the competition for funding up to 60,000 euros without the need for their own contribution. The fund is managed by IOOS and it is expected that around 40 partnership initiatives will be supported.
The "Partnership" fund is part of the "PACT" project, which is being implemented with financial support from the European Union through the "Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values" (CERV) program in the amount of 4,264,112.97 euros, which is 90% of its budget. The project is being implemented by a consortium including IOOS, FRGI, and the International Non-Governmental Association "European Citizen Action Service" (ECAS), with the members co-financing 10% of the total value.
The deadline for applying to the "Partnership" fund is October 15, 2025, by 5:00 pm.
