A large-scale study of leading corporations reveals an alarming trend of blurring the boundaries between professional and personal life, with Generation Z and Millennials being the most affected.

A large-scale Microsoft study, published in June 2025, reveals an unprecedented phenomenon of "endless workdays" that threatens the mental well-being of modern young professionals.

The global statistics are more than alarming: employees receive around 270 digital notifications daily, which effectively eliminates traditional boundaries between work and personal time. Particularly dramatic are the examples from the labor markets of South Korea and the United States, where working hours stretch deep into the night.

The paradox is that 94% of Generation Z representatives declare their categorical desire for balance, but in reality, they sink into an ocean of continuous communication and work commitments. As a natural defensive reaction, many resort to psychotherapeutic support, trying to cope with chronic exhaustion.

Employers are gradually recognizing the need for urgent interventions. Various models are being explored, such as "right to disconnect" and introducing strict restrictions on work communications outside of working hours.

Experts categorically insist on a comprehensive approach: creating clear organizational boundaries, reducing digital load, and systematic care for employees' mental health.
