Basketball player Dani Gospodinov is leaving BC Chernomorets 1946 to join BC CSKA, both clubs have announced. The transfer takes place in the summer of 2026.

The Burgas club wished the player health, confidence and success at his new team. Chernomorets 1946 said the move is an important step for Gospodinov's growth as a player.

Both clubs say the deal strengthens the partnership between the Burgas academy and the Sofia club. Their management expect it to open the door to joint projects, shared experience and work with young talent in Bulgarian basketball.

CSKA's president is Ginko Vasilev, who was born in Burgas and came up through the Chernomorets academy.
