The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and the Ladies' Forum Association announced a future partnership to promote women entrepreneurs and leaders. The two organizations held a meeting to discuss opportunities for joint initiatives aimed at women's career development and their more active participation in business.
Ladies' Forum, with an 18-year history and over 150 members, presented its activities focused on mentoring, sharing experiences, and activities to affirm the role of women in society. BCCI President Tsvetan Simeonov confirmed the Chamber's commitment to gender equality and support for women in business.
Special attention was paid to the "BOARDROOM HERizon" database, created by the Ladies' Forum to connect companies with highly qualified women for leadership positions. The database was developed jointly with the Bulgarian Executive Search Association (BESA), which guarantees high professional standards.

The partnership between BCCI and Ladies' Forum will include organizing forums, conferences, and disseminating information about initiatives through the Chamber's channels, including the "Infobusiness" newsletter.
