The affirmation of Bulgarian contemporary art on the world stage received another proof through the participation of Art Center Bogoridi in the fifth edition of the international fair Artcontact Istanbul. The prestigious art event, held in the Turkish metropolis, united over a hundred galleries and representatives from different creative horizons.
The exhibition included an impressive selection, composed of works by the Turkish contemporary artist Nilüfer İnaltong and memorable pieces by the Bulgarian artist Krastyo Todorov, whose creative biography covers the period 1959–2022.
International collectors showed serious interest in the presented canvases, with some of them being acquired, which further confirmed the high quality of the selection. The event demonstrated exceptional potential for intercultural dialogue and presentation of contemporary visual forms.
The participation of the Burgas gallery becomes a landmark proof that Bulgarian art possesses the necessary capacity to present itself competitively on the world art scene. The presence of "Bogoridi" in the official catalog of Artcontact Istanbul 2025 consolidates the positions of local artists in the international artistic space.
