Burgas Proudly Hosts the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Cup

The coastal city of Burgas excitedly welcomes the European Rhythmic Gymnastics Cup from May 15th to 18th, 2025, at "Arena Burgas". The Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation and Burgas Municipality are co-organizers of this prestigious event, which will feature the exciting "Cross Battles" format - knockout rounds with direct duels between gymnasts. Over 130 athletes from 12 countries are expected to compete in individual and ensemble competitions for juniors and seniors, vying for medals in the third edition of the European Cup.

Iliana Raeva, President of the Bulgarian Rhythmic Gymnastics Federation, shared her enthusiasm for hosting the event and expressed hope that the tournament would become a true celebration of sport and beauty. She emphasized the social significance of sport, its unifying power, and its ability to inspire hope.

A press conference regarding the organization of the event will be held on May 8th at 11:00 a.m., with the participation of Deputy Mayor Manol Todorov, Veselina Deverdzhieva, Rada Vrazheva, and Maria Kalangerova.
