The meetings brought together individual artists and creative organizations in the field of performing and visual arts, music and literature, as well as formal and informal organizations and companies that produce and distribute cultural content in Burgas and the region. The moderators of the discussions were the expert Stefan Stoyanov, Yavor Panev from "Optimistas", the Deputy Mayor of Culture Diana Savateva, Dr. Loris Manuelyan and the entrepreneur Yulian Georgiev, as well as the first experts selected through a competition by the foundation - Rumyana Pencheva and Dimitrina Dimitrova.
The focus of the discussions was on the needs for the development of the cultural potential of the city and the region, the provision of contemporary cultural content and the opportunities for partnership projects in support of the candidacy. The main topics raised by the audience were related to the artistic content and social impact, access to cultural events, the need for new cultural infrastructure, the role of community centers and the use of unconventional spaces, as well as international cooperation and the attraction of foreign tourists through culture.

The purpose of the meetings was to explore the needs and expectations of the artists in order to develop an adequate design brief for the free area of Troyka Square in Burgas, which would support the city's candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2032.
