Starry night with Brazilian rhythms on Burgas Island

On July 27 (Sunday) at 9:00 PM on Burgas Island, a special music event called "Sunset Bossa Nova with Vesela Morova & Band" will be held. Vesela Morova, known for her love of Brazilian music, will breathe tender and refined emotion, combining the opposites of joyful and nostalgic, euphoric and casual, introverted and extroverted. Together with the musicians Martin Denev (piano), Alexander Lekov (bass), Emil Phlivanov (drums) and Dimitar Lyolev (saxophone), Vesela will perform familiar and unfamiliar songs written by iconic Brazilian composers such as Tom Jobim, Sergio Mendes, Luiz Bonfá and Jorge Ben.

Vesela Morova is a member of the unique in Bulgaria jazz a cappella group Spectrum Vocal Band, but her musical heart also beats to the pulse of Latin and Brazilian rhythms. She has presented musical projects on festival and club stages throughout the country, including the "International Jazz Festival - Bansko", "Apollonia", "Varna Summer", A to Jazz Fest, "Ruse Jazz Fest" and "Jazz under the Stars of the Devetashko Plateau".
