Gallery "Prolet" presents an exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the birth of the great Bulgarian artist Stoyan Tsanev. The exhibition opened on February 28th and will be accessible until March 28th.

The exhibition includes paintings, graphics, and ceramics, showcasing the artist's various creative pursuits. The event is organized by the "Prolet" gallery with the assistance of collectors and the "Top Print Burgas" printing house.

Stoyan Tsanev (1946-2019) graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Sofia and quickly established himself as a significant figure in Bulgarian art. His work is distinguished by deep spirituality, symbolism, and plastic culture.

Regarding him, Svetlin Rusev says: "Stoyan Tsanev is one of the few Bulgarian authors who crossed the boundaries of defined categories and revealed the possibilities of an elusive spirituality..."

The jubilee exhibition gives the public the opportunity to experience the power and philosophical depth of his art.

Biography

Stoyan Tsanev was born on February 28, 1946, in Burgas. In 1973 he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
