The eighth edition of the Port Prim Art Fest opened its doors today, October 1, 2025 (Wednesday), at 5:30 PM. The "Petko Zagorski" Art Gallery was the place where the first chords of the arts festival resonated. The atmosphere was electric as art lovers gathered in front of the gallery doors, eager to peek into the world of creativity.
The opening of the festival was marked by an impressive exhibition, which brought together works by prominent authors, each of whom carried their unique style and a distinct artistic signature. Visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with the works of Gergana Nikolova, Annabel Hamamdjieva, Lilyana Aleksandrova, Rafael Georgiev – Rafo, Tsvetan Krastev, Stefan Churchuliev, and Stefan Bozhkov. The artists themselves welcomed the public, which added extra value to the exhibition. The artists took the time to talk to the connoisseurs, to explain their vision and to answer questions, providing an opportunity for a deeper understanding of art.
An hour later, in the same gallery, the audience witnessed another special event that complemented the festival program. A literary premiere by Radina Chervenova took place. The popular television presenter presented her debut book – "I Wasn't There Before" – to the residents and guests of Burgas. The hall was packed, and the anticipation in the eyes of those present was palpable. Everyone who wished had the opportunity to get an autograph from the author and to ask their questions, deepening the connection between readers and the creator.
Both events from the first day of the VIII Port Prim Art Fest were free of charge, which once again emphasized the organizers' commitment to making art accessible to everyone. The gallery was packed, and the large audience testified to the interest in the festival and the desire of people to touch the world of art.
The arts festival is organized by Grand Hotel and SPA "Primoretz" with the support of Burgas Municipality. This support underscores the importance of the Port Prim Art Fest for the cultural life of the city. The full program of the festival is available at portprim.bg and on the event's Facebook page, so that everyone who wishes can be informed about the upcoming events and participate in them.
