On June 20 at 7:00 pm at the NHK Cultural House, the premiere of the documentary film "1 SEA" will take place - a project dedicated to promoting the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The film is based on the impressive achievement of Silvia Kyoseva, who ran over 400 km in six days - from the border with Romania at Durankulak to Rezovo and the Turkish border. The route passed through some of the most beautiful and little-known places along the Bulgarian coast.
The "1 SEA" project was inspired and initiated by Silvia Kyoseva, and realized together with a group of like-minded people, inspired by the idea of showing the Black Sea region beyond the framework of traditional summer tourism - as a destination for sports, recreation, culture and an active lifestyle. "The essence of the entire project is to show that the Bulgarian Black Sea coast is one. That it should not and cannot be divided into North and South, because every corner of it is unique and has the power to surprise and inspire," shares Silvia Kyoseva.
"The documentary film captures not only the physical challenge, but also the authentic encounters with people, landscapes and stories along the way. '1 SEA' is a visual journey that reveals a new, inspiring image of our coastline," say its authors, director Valentin Paskalev and cameraman Gospodin Sevov.
The project has already been presented at international forums, and recently the European Hiking Association included the Durankulak-Rezovo route in the E-3 hiking trail - an important step for the development of sustainable tourism in the region. The premiere is free and will bring together the creators of the project, local authorities, representatives of the tourism sector, and all who believe in the potential of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast to inspire.
