Public auction for the sale of a municipal property in the village of Atia near Sozopol

The Municipal Council of Sozopol has launched an official procedure for a public auction with sealed bidding, related to the sale of real estate - private municipal property. The auction is conducted based on a decision adopted during a meeting of the local commission.

The specific property is identified with cadastral number 63015.506.438, located in the land of Atiya village, in the picturesque area "Staro Selishte". The plot has a total area of 700 square meters and is classified as agricultural land, intended for agricultural work and recreation.

The market value of the property, prepared by a licensed appraiser, amounts to 43,990 leva. Candidates who wish to participate in the auction must be familiar with several key parameters of the procedure.

The bidding step is set at 2,199.50 leva, which represents 5% of the initial auction price. To be admitted to participation, candidates must deposit 4,399 leva, which is transferred to the bank account of Sozopol Municipality at Central Cooperative Bank.

The price for purchasing the auction documentation is 30 leva without VAT. Documents can be obtained every working day until 12:00 on July 7, 2025, at the Administrative Service Center located in the municipal administrative building.

The right to participate is provided to both individuals and legal entities that are not in liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings. Proposals are submitted personally or through an authorized representative in sealed opaque envelopes at the specified administrative center.

An important condition is for candidates to present a document proving the deposit, as well as documents establishing the representative authority of authorized persons. The participant's name and the full name of the object must be marked on the envelope.

The winning auction participant has a 14-day period from the delivery of the order announcing the results to pay the proposed price, increased by the local tax. From this amount, the initially deposited deposit will be deducted.

The official date for the auction is set for July 8, 2025, at 14:45 in the Sozopol Municipality building.

The auction will be conducted under conditions previously approved by the Mayor of Sozopol Municipality - Tihomir Yordanov Yanakiev.
