Fire-Tactical Drill in Kableshkovo School

Today, a large-scale fire-tactical exercise (FTX) was held at the "Paisii Hilendarski" primary school in the town of Kableshkovo. The exercise, dedicated to the topic "Working on the interaction in performing firefighting and emergency rescue operations in case of a fire in an underground garage of a public building", was a key moment in the preparation of local services to deal with emergencies.

The actions took place within the school, turning it into an arena of a simulated crisis for several hours. Forces from the Regional Fire Safety and Population Protection Service (RS FPSPP) - Pomorie, as well as their colleagues from RS FPSPP - Aytos, gathered at the scene. Firefighter volunteers from the "Volunteer Formation to Pomorie Municipality" also took part in the exercise.

The atmosphere was tense while firefighters worked on the main elements of the rescue operations. During the training, important aspects of fighting fire and rescuing people were simulated. The first of the tasks that had to be performed was "the evacuation of all persons in the school building". The following phases included "extinguishing the fire and carrying out rescue operations".

To support the main teams from Pomorie and Aytos, the volunteer firefighters took responsibility for replacing the breathing apparatus cylinders and external monitoring of the perimeter of the building. This coordinated work demonstrated the power of team spirit and the readiness for joint action in critical moments.

The exercise ended with an assessment of high coordination and interaction between all participants. Efficiency in the execution of the tasks set was also noted. The assessment emphasized the significant degree of readiness of the services to react to real disaster situations, which is of key importance for the safety of the local community.
