The 21st International Cultural Tourism Exhibition is running in Veliko Tarnovo from 7 to 9 October 2026, and Pomorie Municipality has a stand there.

Two curators speak for the municipality: Lyubka Nikolova of the Pomorie Historical Museum and Kalina Duraliyska of the Salt Museum. They tell visitors about the museums, the summer cultural programme and the options for seaside, balneological and spa tourism. The stand also has leaflets and souvenirs that promote Pomorie as a tourist destination.

Veliko Tarnovo mayor Daniel Panov, the host, and Prof. Mariela Modeva, deputy tourism minister, visited the stand.

Veliko Tarnovo Municipality organises the exhibition together with the Ministry of Tourism, and the event was its initiative. It is part of the Annual Programme for National Tourism Advertising.

The organisers say the event is the most authoritative platform where municipalities, cultural institutions, companies and civic groups present their work on developing cultural tourism. They also call it the only specialised cultural tourism forum in the Balkans, where people can make useful contacts and lasting partnerships.
