With the sound of music, songs and dances, as well as a drawing on the asphalt, a festive concert on the open stage "Ohl'uva" will begin on October 1st at 5:30 PM. The event will mark the grand opening of the new academic year 2025-2026 for the Center for Personal Development Support in Burgas (TsPLR).

The largest center for children and students in the municipality of Burgas opens its doors for free training in its groups. Parents will have the opportunity to enroll their children in various activities. These include drawing classes, a school of computer modeling and programming – "I program with imagination - Scratch for little explorers", vocal formation and pop singing, a group for therapeutic physical education, groups for Orthodox education, as well as lessons on local history. Children can join schools in aviation and rocket modeling, in the children's folk dance ensemble "Radost", in the folk choir "Trepetlika" and the children's folk formation "Shareni Gaytani", as well as in the bagpipe orchestra "Mladost". In addition, the center offers English language schools for students from II and V grade, as well as fun mathematics for children.
