OKI "Museum Center" Sozopol and the Institute of Thracology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences present a project for popularizing the history and culture of Ancient Egypt.
The first stage of the project was a poster exhibition entitled "Egyptian Cults by the Black Sea" in the summer of 2025.
The second part of the project's implementation is aimed at the children's audience.
On March 27, 2026, in the halls of the Art Gallery from 13:00 to 15:30, the following will take place:
- Multimedia lecture by Dr. Vesela Atanasova on the history, religion, and culture of Ancient Egypt.
- Presentation of an adapted children's book about the Egyptian deities "Osiris and Isis".
- Creative workshop: making masks of Egyptian deities and pharaohs, jewelry, and writing hieroglyphs.
Students from "Hristo Botev" school in Chernomorets and "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" school in Sozopol will participate in the activities.
All young people, lovers of ancient history, are invited. Admission is free.

Ами... дата малко объркваща, наистина. Но като концепция - страхотно! Созопол е перфектното място за такива образователни занимания с децата.
