On July 5, 2025 at 6:00 PM, Burgas will host the 18th edition of the Sand Sculpture Festival, which has already established itself as one of the most anticipated summer events for locals and city visitors. The first evening will have free admission, with visitors being entertained by the Burgas Brass Orchestra and dancers from the "Estrella" school under the leadership of Olga Mokhova.

The exhibition will be located on an impressive 5 acres in Lake Park, in close proximity to the Equestrian Base. This year's theme "City of Tales" promises to transport viewers into the world of imagination through exceptional sand artworks.

Thirteen sculptors, most of whom are local Burgas residents, will transform sand into true works of art. The municipality proudly emphasizes that local artists are completely competitive compared to foreign masters, and sometimes even surpass them.

Among the lively sand characters, you will be able to meet classic characters like Alice, D'Artagnan, Cinderella, Snow White, Pinocchio, Aladdin, and many other beloved fairy tale heroes who will come to life in incredible sculptural compositions.

The organizers have planned extremely affordable prices for all age groups. Children under 7 and people with disabilities will have free access. For children between 7 and 18 years old, as well as for pensioners, the entrance will cost 2.50 lv. The regular ticket is 4.50 lv, and family packages are extremely attractive – from 9 to 13 lv for various combinations of adults and children.

The festival's operating hours during the summer months of July, August, and September will be from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM without days off, which provides an opportunity for everyone to immerse themselves in the magic of sand sculptures.
