Summer St. Nicholas Day in Burgas Celebrated with Rich Culinary Program

Festive program in Burgas for the summer St. Nicholas Day with fish soup, paella, and octopus pizza.

This Friday, on "Troikata" square in Burgas, a festive culinary program will be held for the summer St. Nicholas Day. Chef Ivan Zvezdev and other prominent culinary experts will present aromatic fish soup, Spanish paella, and exotic octopus pizza. Additionally, Pavlin Dimitrov will demonstrate how to prepare mussels in island style. The program will begin at 09:00 with a festive Holy Liturgy in the churches of Burgas, followed by culinary demonstrations and tastings of seafood delicacies at 11:00 on Troikata Square. The evening will conclude with a concert featuring Orlin Goranov and other performers.
