The National Forum for Contemporary Space Research opens its doors today in Sofia Tech Park and will continue until October 29. The event, which is organized for the sixth time, is the result of cooperation between the "Kosmos" branch of the Union of Physicists in Bulgaria and the Institute of Astronomy at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS).
The Ministry of Innovation and Growth (MIG) announced on its official page that the forum is under the patronage of the department. The opening is expected to be led by the Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth, Georgi Angelov, in The Venue hall in the technology park.
The atmosphere in the hall foretells lively discussions and exciting discoveries. A tense silence is heard while the organizers are making final preparations. Leading Bulgarian technology companies are expected to present their achievements in various areas of the space industry. Young scientists and doctoral students will have the opportunity to share the results of their research in the field of space sciences.
The forum is also open to representatives of the European Innovation Council, which further increases its international scope.
