On June 10th at 7:00 PM in the "Petya Dubarova" hall of the "Morsko Casino" Cultural Center in Burgas, pianist Venilina Malinova will present a piano recital "An Evening for Piano". The program includes works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Schubert, Frédéric Chopin, and Claude Debussy.
The recital covers different eras of piano music, from Bach's polyphony to Schubert's poetry, Chopin's elegance, and Debussy's sound painting. A highlight of the concert is Bach's music – six preludes and fugues from "The Well-Tempered Clavier", Book I.
The second part of the concert includes works by Schubert, Chopin, and Debussy, which expand the expressive possibilities of the piano. The program aims for a dialogue between different styles, united by music as a space for freedom and imagination.
Venilina Malinova has an interesting artistic path, combining jazz, opera, and classical piano tradition. She has worked as a pianist in Europe, a répétiteur at the National Opera, and a lecturer at the National Academy of Music. Today she focuses on the classical repertoire, especially Bach's music.
The concert is part of a project to record 12 preludes and fugues from "The Well-Tempered Clavier", Book I.

Абе, добро нещо, че имаме такива концерти в Бургас. Венилина Малинова е талантлива българка и си заслужава да я подкрепяме. Хубаво е, че се връща в България и прави концерти тук, вместо само в чужбина. Надявам се
ей, хора! хубаво е, че има културни събития в бургас, наистина. класическа музика винаги е добре дошла. радвам се за венилина малинова – талантлива българка, все пак си идва да свири тук, а не само по чужди сцени. това "добре темперирано пиано" на бах е доста предизвикателство, ако го подготвя за запис - значи сериозен проект! ще видим как ще се справи с комбинацията от композиторите – бах е едно, дебюси друго… различно са стиловете. важното е да звучи добре и хората да се насладят на музиката. да 🤦♂️
