Boryl Tashev's Painting Exhibition in Burgas

"In his creative profile, Boril Tashev belongs to the type of artists who can be considered a discovery of modernism. We are talking about authors who entered art at a certain stage of their life biography and in a very original and subjective way. However, in the cultural communication of the 20th century, the immediate power of expression and the spontaneous manifestation of emotions are valued much more than the polished routine of academic tradition. In general, I would say that the presented works do not illustrate a thematic problem, they seem to raise more questions, complement and comment on life experience. Boril Tashev explores a circle of eternal themes, creates a hushed visionary world of chamber natural views or impressions immersed in sfumato. The sea, flowers, bird feathers become part of his personal iconography, which brings everyday facts to universal categories. The perimeter on which such experiments are carried out is quite wide and encompasses both figurative and decorative and close to abstraction solutions. The color is leading, a function of tonal vibrations or contrasts, where "fragments" of light organize imaginary spaces. In this logic, Boril Tashev is a very dialogic artist. In the energetic modeling and dense structure of the paint, we find a connection with the expressive sensitivity of the expression, in the colorful clash of large color spots " the Fauvist joy of the colored splendor of the world, and in the decorative cadence and spontaneous drawing " with the frank look of Van Gogh and the new primitive from the beginning of the 20th century."
