Exhibition "Legendary Bulgarian Teams" in Burgas

On November 17, 2025, exactly 32 years after Bulgaria's legendary victory over France at "Parc des Princes", the opening of the exhibition "For the First Time in One Place: Bulgaria's Legendary Teams" is to take place in Burgas. The event, organized in partnership between Central Park Burgas and Bulgarian Football Shirts, promises to present an impressive collection of the country's football heritage, preserving the memories of the national team's most glorious victories.

The long-awaited exhibition will open its doors to visitors in Central Park, with doors open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., from November 17 to November 22, 2025. Admission is free for all who wish to experience the history of Bulgarian football.

The exhibition will feature unique jerseys and sports artifacts, covering the period from the "66 World Cup in England to the "98 World Cup in France. Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy iconic exhibits that have played a key role in the history of football. A prominent place in the exhibition will be occupied by Hristo Bonev's jerseys from the "74 World Cup, Yordan Lechkov's from the memorable 4:0 victory over Greece, and Nasko Sirakov's from the dramatic match with Mexico during the "crazy American summer". In addition, the exhibition will include the kits of Borislav Mihaylov, Hristo Stoichkov, Lyuboslav Penev, Krasimir Balakov, Trifon Ivanov, Stoycho Mladenov, Dimitar Berbatov, Stiliyan Petrov, Martin Petrov and dozens of other iconic names that have shaped the football history of Bulgaria.

Among the rarely displayed exhibits will be Balakov's boots from USA "94, football shoes of Berbatov from an official Manchester United match, a plaque from Euro "96, tickets and programs from all World and European Championships, as well as Dinko Dermendzhiev's bag from the "66 World Cup – preserved and presented in excellent condition.

"This exhibition is an emotion that unites generations. Respect for our golden footballers – and an invitation to the young to carry this spirit forward. Admission is free because our goal is to bring together the people who have experienced these victories with the new generation who are just dreaming of them.", shares Milen Nikolov, from Bulgarian Football Shirts, co-organizer of the event.

The exhibition offers rich visual material and emotional content, suitable for filming exhibits shown to the public for the first time – original jerseys from world championships, personal belongings of legendary players, and emblematic relics from the victories that marked the history of Bulgarian football.

An official opening is planned for the media and guests on November 17, 2025 (Monday) at 6:00 p.m. in TriA Space, Central Park Burgas, at 2 Dame Gruev Blvd, level 2. A lot of interest is expected in the event, given its significance for Bulgarian football fans and sports enthusiasts. Excitement is already felt at the event, as the organization is in full swing.
