Prime Video has confirmed Season 3 of Fallout before Season 2 even airs, set for December 2025.
On May 12, during its annual upfront event in New York, Prime Video announced that the global hit series Fallout has been officially renewed for a third season. The announcement comes months ahead of the Season 2 premiere, which is scheduled for December 2025.
Since its debut, Fallout has reached over 100 million viewers worldwide and has become one of Prime Video’s top three most-watched shows ever.
Based on the legendary video game franchise, the story takes place 200 years after a nuclear apocalypse. The plot follows residents of luxurious underground shelters who are forced back to the surface, only to find a violent, strange, and chaotic world waiting for them.
Season 2 will continue the story and lead viewers into the Mojave wasteland and the post-apocalyptic city of New Vegas.
The cast includes Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, and Walton Goggins, along with Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias, and Frances Turner. The show is produced by Kilter Films, with executive producers Jonathan Nolan, Lisa Joy, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, and Graham Wagner, as well as Todd Howard from Bethesda Game Studios.
Season 1 is already streaming on Prime Video, and Season 2 will be available exclusively in over 240 countries and territories.
