The children of Burgas gathered again for the annual competition for a safe vacation.

On May 22, 2025, the next edition of the annual competition "Vacation, Hello! Let's play safely!", organized by the Local Commission for Combating Antisocial Behavior of Minors and Juveniles at the Municipality of Burgas and the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior-Burgas, was held at the "Arena OZK" Park in Burgas. The event was opened by Katya Misheva, Director of the "Education and Youth Policies" Directorate at the Municipality of Burgas, who greeted the participants on behalf of Mayor Dimitar Nikolov and Commissioner Marin Dimitrov, Head of the "Public Order Police" Department. They emphasized the importance of children following the rules and playing safely during the summer.

The competition was attended by students from four Burgas schools - "Bishop Konstantin Preslavski" High School, "Konstantin Petkanov" High School, "Kliment Ohridski" High School, and "Hristo Botev" Primary School. Instead of competing against each other, the children were divided into mixed teams, who showed that teamwork leads to good results. Each game gave them a code that unlocked the padlocks of a treasure chest. Thus, by working together, the participants managed to discover the hidden treasure.

The competition took place in an atmosphere of joy, laughter, and well-deserved awards. At the end of the event, the Local Commission for Combating Antisocial Behavior and the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior wished all the children a carefree, joyful, and safe summer.
