On June 21 and 22, 2025, Burgas will turn into a stage for the second edition of the 6Fest street arts festival. The highlight of the program is a luminous carnival procession that will pass through the central streets of the city on Saturday evening. The fantastic figures, made of light structures and illuminated from within, will move, carried by artists on stilts and actors in carnival costumes. The procession will start at 9:20 pm from the Mushroom in Seaside Park, will pass through Bogoridi Street and Aleksandrovska Street and will reach Troyka Square, continuing until 10:00 pm.
In addition to the night procession, the festival program includes three daytime interactive events where the audience will be able to closely examine the puppets, talk to the artists and learn more about this art form. These events will take place on June 21 (Saturday) in the park in the Izgrev neighborhood and in Seaside Park, as well as on June 22 (Sunday) in the park in the Slaveikov neighborhood.

The 6Fest festival is organized with the financial support of the Municipality of Burgas and supports the city's candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2032. The event is the first of its kind in Bulgaria, dedicated entirely to performing street arts - from contemporary circus and puppet theater to fire shows, living statues and street magic. After having already toured nine Bulgarian cities, 6Fest arrives in Burgas, which with its active cultural scene and openness to innovation, is one of the most important stops on the festival's traveling map.
