Charity Exhibition in Burgas for a New Grand Piano

A charity exhibition with an auction, bearing the name "New Grand Piano for Burgas Talents", will open its doors on December 1st in the space of the Burgas Artists' Association. The initiative, organized by the "Solinaria" Foundation, is a key moment in the "Grand Piano for the Future of Burgas" campaign. The official launch of this campaign was given in May this year. Its goal, according to a statement from the foundation, is to raise funds for the acquisition of a new concert grand piano for the National School of Music and Performing Arts "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov".

The organization of the exhibition provides for the free provision of works by prominent artists. Among them are Georgi Andonov, Stanislav Lazarov, Dobrin Vatev and Atanas Stoyanov. They will be joined by students from the National School of Music and Performing Arts "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" (NUMSI), whose works will be exhibited alongside those of established names. The main focus of the evening will be the charity auction of four paintings, and the funds raised from them will be entirely directed to the cause.

Presence in the hall creates a feeling of anticipation. The sound of preparation, slight noises from the arrangement of the paintings, gradually intertwines with the growing excitement of those present.

The new grand piano is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of young pianists, improving the opportunities for their concert and competition activities. In addition, it will provide conditions for holding master classes and professional recordings, the school adds.

The "Solinaria" Foundation appeals to citizens, representatives of cultural circles and businesses to support the noble initiative. Detailed information on ways to donate, including a bank account, is published on the foundation's official page.

BTA recalls that similar charity campaigns have already taken place in other cities. The "Saglasie 1869" Community Center in Pleven has also launched a campaign to purchase a grand piano with a concert under the slogan "With Music for Pleven". At the end of the previous year, a charity concert was organized in Kyustendil, the purpose of which was to raise funds for a new grand piano for the municipal theater.
