During the night, the cloud cover will be significant, with snowfall expected in the western half of the country and in the northeastern regions, and rain along the Southern Black Sea coast. In places, mainly in the western parts of the Danube Plain and the Upper Thracian Lowland, visibility will be reduced. A light east-northeast wind will blow, and in the Danube Plain and the eastern regions it will temporarily be moderate.
Minimum temperatures will be between minus 4° and 1°, along the Black Sea coast and in the extreme southwestern regions – around 3°-5°, and in Sofia – minus 2°. Atmospheric pressure will increase slightly, but will remain below the monthly average.
Tomorrow, the cloud cover will be significant. Before noon, in places in the southeastern regions, there will be rainfall, and almost throughout the day in the northwestern and mountainous regions – snowfall. The wind will be light, in Eastern Bulgaria up to moderate from east-southeast. Maximum temperatures will be mainly between 2° and 7°, in Sofia – around 3°.
Along the Black Sea coast, the cloud cover will be significant. Before noon, rain will fall along the southern coast. A moderate, temporarily strong easterly wind will blow. Maximum temperatures will be around 6°-7°, which is also the temperature of the sea water. The sea swell will be 3-4 Beaufort.
In the mountains, it will be cloudy, in the massifs of the western half of the country – with snowfall. A light to moderate west-southwest wind will blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 0°, at 2000 meters – around minus 4°.
On Wednesday, cloudy weather will prevail, with more significant breaks and temporary reductions in cloud cover. Only in isolated places, mainly in the western and mountainous regions, will there be light rain. The wind will weaken and will turn from south-southeast. Minimum temperatures will be between minus 5° and 0°, and maximum – between 5° and 10°. On Thursday, it will be cloudy, in places in the plains and foggy. Again in many places in the country there will be precipitation, significant in quantity in Southern Bulgaria. A moderate wind will blow from south-southeast.
