In two sections of the "Trakia" Motorway in the Burgas region, with a length of about 900 m, the traffic organization will be changed at the beginning of next week.
From 8 a.m. on February 9 (Monday) to 8 a.m. on February 11 (Wednesday) in the area of the 337th and 348th km of the motorway, traffic in the overtaking lane in the direction of Burgas will be restricted for the execution of asphalt works during the construction of a "window" in the middle separation line of the motorway. Traffic will pass in the active lane. The planned activities are to enable vehicles to pass from one lane to another in connection with upcoming repair works in the section.
The Road Infrastructure Agency apologizes to drivers for the inconvenience, but the activities are necessary to ensure traffic safety. The appeal to drivers is to drive carefully, to observe traffic rules and speed limits, not to undertake risky overtaking that endangers the safety of all other travelers.
