Temporary restrictions on Hemus Motorway
From August 10 to August 13 (Monday to Thursday), traffic changes will be implemented on the Hemus Motorway due to scheduled roadside vegetation removal:
- 8th to 14th km: Between 08:00 and 16:00, work will be carried out in the central median. Traffic in the direction of Varna will be routed only in the active lane, and the passing lane will be restricted.
- 65th to 68th km: Next week (07:00 – 15:00), traffic in the direction of Varna will also be restricted in the fast lane.
Important: Drivers should drive with caution and obey road signs in the areas where repair work is being carried out.

The Road Infrastructure Agency (API) reminds that, in parallel, vegetation and drainage ditch cleaning is being carried out until August 13 on sections of the Trakia Motorway in the Sofia and Sliven regions.
