Temporary restrictions on Trakia Motorway on August 5
On August 5 (Monday), in the time interval from 07:00 to 13:00, a temporary traffic organization will be introduced on a section of the Trakia Motorway in the Sofia region. The reason for the restrictions is the execution of planned roadside vegetation removal.
The activities are necessary to ensure better visibility for drivers and to increase traffic safety.
Where will there be restrictions?
- In the direction of Burgas: between the 46th and 50th km;
- In the direction of Sofia: between the 54th and 55th km.
Traffic will be carried out in stages, with passage in the passing lane being restricted, and traffic will be directed into the active lane. The Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) urges drivers to drive with increased caution, to follow road signs, and to avoid risky overtaking.
