Three people have been accused of the death of an 8-year-old child following a parachute incident in Nesebar. The investigation is ongoing, and expert examinations are awaited.

The investigation into the tragic incident in Nessebar, which killed an eight-year-old child, is expanding. The District Prosecutor's Office in Burgas has charged three people, the state prosecution announced. The suspects have been detained for up to 72 hours, and the prosecution is about to submit a request to the court for the imposition of the most severe pre-trial measure - "detention in custody".

The tragedy, which shook the seaside town, occurred during a parasailing flight towed by a motorboat. In this incident, the 8-year-old child fell from a great height. According to the initial qualification of the act, the investigation is being conducted under Article 123, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, which refers to causing death due to ignorance or careless performance of a profession or occupation that is a source of increased danger. This legal text emphasizes the responsibility of individuals who carry out activities that pose a risk to the life and health of others.

Investigative actions continue in full force to clarify all the circumstances surrounding the fatal incident. The Burgas prosecutor's office announced that inspections have been carried out both at the scene of the accident and on the parachute and motorboat involved in the incident.
