The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Burgas has brought Nikola Burgazliev to trial. He is accused of causing the death of a woman, grievous bodily harm to her child, and moderate bodily harm to two other people.
The incident occurred on August 14, 2025, in the resort of "Sunny Beach". According to the investigation, Burgazliev was driving an ATV after using tetrahydrocannabinol and violated traffic rules.
As a result of the incident, 35-year-old Hristina died in the hospital, and her 4-year-old child sustained grievous bodily harm. Two other people were also injured.
The Regional Court of Burgas is to set a date for the hearing of the case.
