Traffic status at border crossing points
As of 6:00 a.m., traffic through the border crossing points (BCP) in the country is proceeding normally, according to the General Directorate of Border Police.
Border with Romania
Traffic is normal at all crossings. Repair work continues on the bridge facility at the Ruse-Giurgiu BCP, and traffic there is being regulated. We remind you that since June 4, passage in both directions has been restored for cars, light trucks, and buses.
Border with Greece
Traffic is normal. The following restrictions apply:
- Only cars and vans up to 3.5 tons may pass through the Rudozem, Zlatograd, Makaza, and Ivaylovgrad points.
- Passage for cars, buses, and trucks is permitted through Kulata, Ilinden, and Kapitan Petko Voyvoda.
Important: Travelers are advised to monitor the latest announcements from the Border Police before departure.
Other directions
On the borders with Turkey, the Republic of North Macedonia, and Serbia, traffic is normal, and no problems or increased vehicle flow have been reported.
