Incident in Karnobat Region: 59-year-old Man Fights for His Life
In the first incident, which occurred in the Karnobat region, a 59-year-old man is fighting for his life in the hospital. Police confirmed that the incident took place on August 30 on the road section connecting the villages of Sokolovo and Dragovo. The driver, for reasons currently unknown, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a roadside tree. The impact was extremely strong, which led to the driver's serious injuries. Immediately after the incident, he was transported to the hospital, where doctors admitted him in critical condition. An investigation is yet to clarify all the circumstances surrounding the crash, including whether there were other factors that contributed to the serious collision.
Tragedy near Aytos: 19-year-old Driver Dies
A completely separate, but no less tragic, incident occurred near Aytos. In a serious road accident there, a 19-year-old driver died. The crash caused a collision between four cars. Police and emergency teams quickly arrived at the scene. Heavy traffic in the area was significantly hampered while investigators worked to clarify the details of the chain-reaction crash that took the young man's life.
