Sozopol celebrated International Youth Day with discussions and sports

Minister of Youth and Sports Encho Keryazov met with youth in Sozopol to discuss the path to success together with Ivet Goranova and Yordan Yovchev.

An official event in Sozopol marked the celebration of International Youth Day on August 12. By tradition, the Ministry of Youth and Sports organizes this holiday, promoting the date through various initiatives aimed specifically at young people in the country. Minister of Youth and Sports Encho Keryazov officially kicked off the festivities, urging those present to be active and not to give up in the face of difficulties.

The program began in the morning hours with a series of games and team challenges organized under the motto "Challenge Yourself!". The main concept of these activities was to provoke young people to step out of their comfort zone, have fun, and at the same time learn practical teamwork skills.

An important part of the day was the discussion titled "How to reach the top?". Participants included Olympic karate champion Ivet Goranova and the iconic figure in Bulgarian artistic gymnastics, Yordan Yovchev. Both athletes shared valuable experience, answering questions about the path to success, motivation, and ways to overcome obstacles. Minister Encho Keryazov and the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Natalia Efremova, also took part in these conversations.
