Action against illegal use of properties in Sunny Beach
"Sunny Beach" AD continues its systematic efforts to regulate ownership within the resort complex of the same name. During the latest geodetic survey in the "East" zone, five properties were identified that are being used by private individuals and companies without legal basis. The sites are located in the immediate vicinity of the Globus, Phoenix, and Pomorie hotels.
Illegal structures and commercial sites located on land owned by the state-participated company have been identified.
Legal measures taken
The management of "Sunny Beach" AD announced that the offenders have already been officially notified. A deadline has been set for the voluntary vacation of the land. The company follows an established policy that includes:
- Regular inspections and geodetic surveying;
- Official notices for property vacation;
- Organization of public procedures for regulated leasing.
The practice has proven effective, with court rulings from 2025 already confirming the legality of the company's actions in similar cases.
Preparation for the 2025 summer season
In parallel with the legal actions, "Sunny Beach" AD has completed the preparation of the infrastructure for the active tourist season. The following has been carried out:
- Repairs of key alleys, streets, and sidewalks;
- Large-scale landscaping and replacement of lighting fixtures;
- Securing areas with high tourist traffic.
The complex is already welcoming its first international guests, and the team's efforts are focused on ensuring transparent management and sustainable development in the interest of all shareholders and visitors.
